Course Description

This introductory course within the PLTW Program of Study offers a multidisciplinary approach to teaching and learning foundational concepts of engineering practice. The course will provide students opportunities to explore the breadth of engineering career opportunities and experiences while providing opportunities to solve engaging and challenging real-world problems through the study of engineering essentials. The course is intended to be a high school student’s first exposure to PLTW Engineering.
