Course Description

This course provides an overview of the hospitality and food industries as it prepares students for entry-level (or above) jobs in the food industry OR postsecondary culinary training. Students will learn advanced quantity food preparation techniques, various forms of meal service, production management, and customer relations as they engage in food service.
