UnitedHealthcare – Care24 EAP

Care24 is available to employees and their dependents who are covered by the District’s Health Plan. Care24 provides 24/7 unlimited, confidential, and professional services to help find solutions for health concerns, personal and family issues, along with work challenges that you may be facing.  This service gives you a wide range of health and well-being information through one toll-free telephone number (Ph: 888-887-4114) at no cost to you.

Madison National Life – Morneau Shepell EAP

Services through Morneau Shepell are available only to employees who elect life insurance or long-term disability coverage. Their EAP provides eligible employees with access to masters-degreed counselors 24-hours a day through a toll-free number (Ph: 866-451-5465), up to three free in-person assessment and counseling sessions, legal assistance, financial assistance, childcare and eldercare assistance, and memorial planning assistance.
