The purpose of the SCCSD Employee Wellness Program is to improve the health and well-being of our staff members through general health incentives, Rally Health, and much more. The goal of the Employee Wellness Program is to encourage our employees to manage their health, boost employee morale and motivation, and improve quality of life.
UHC Behavioral Health Coverage
Behavioral health coverage is available to all members and their dependents covered by the District’s health plan. This service includes counseling and substance abuse recovery services — can help you effectively deal with stressful and challenging situations. People often call for such personal issues as:

Rally Health App and Incentives
Rally Health is a mobile app designed to help SCCSD employees improve and maintain their health. After taking a quick Health Survey, Rally will offer personalized recommendations to help employees move more, eat better, and stress less. The app also allows employees to sync a tracking device, join a challenge, and earn virtual coins that can be exchanged for rewards such as gift cards, online discounts, and more! Real Appeal Program
Eligible SCCSD employees and family members can participate in Real Appeal through UnitedHealthcare at no cost. Real Appeal is an online weight loss program available through Rally Coach with one-on-one coaching, digital tools, and more, Real Appeal® provides the support needed to reach personal goals.
