Maintaining State-of-the-Art Facilities

The operations and maintenance (O&M) department repairs and maintains the facilities and grounds for the Sioux City Community School District. O&M is committed to sustaining a healthy and safe learning environment. 

120 employees (Crafts, Grounds, Building Service Technicians), care for, 27 SCCSD facilities,  over 2,000,000 square feet of building space, and 388 acres of grounds, and process 12,000 work orders annually.
