Career Academy students practice business pitches
As part of the upcoming Innovation Growth competition, students at the Career Academy had the chance to try their hand at entrepreneurship.
Students worked alongside Briar Cliff University students to draft presentations about their business idea to present to judges.
“This gives me a little bit of insight into the business world and it kinda prepares me for future opportunities,” said Yovani Topete.
The Briar Cliff students were there to critique their pitches and help improve the projects.
