Loess Hills Elementary students get boost of positivity with High Five Fridays

It’s High Five Fridays at a local elementary school.

On High Five Fridays, police officers, firemen, and local business members meet students at Loess Hills Elementary as they walk into school.

The students and parents alike are greeted with a high five, a message of positivity, and sometimes even a hug.

Originally presented by a teacher at the school, High Five Fridays gives students the chance to have a positive interaction with officers and other community leaders.
