Kudos to Jesus Acala (Bus driver | Operations & Maintenance )
One of our students missed the bus after school on his first day of school. I radioed to the route driver to see if he could come back to the school to pick up the student. The route driver was not available, however, Jesus did not hesitate to call me back and let me know that he would be happy to help me get the child home as soon as he could get to our school. Jesus arrived promptly, allowed me to ride with the young student on the bus, delivered the student to the parent, and brought me back to school so I could attend professional development. Jesus was upbeat, friendly, professional and courteous and helped ensure the student would arrive home safely. Jesus is deserving of a KUDOS!”
