Staff Evaluation (Non-Administrator)

The Superintendent shall be responsible for ensuring the continuous evaluation of District employees.

Supervisors shall submit employee evaluations to the Human Resources Office at such times and in such manner as prescribed in board policy, administrative regulation, or negotiated agreement. It is the expectation of the Board that all District employees receive a periodic formal written evaluation of their performance. Such evaluation shall provide direct feedback regarding strengths, developmental needs, recommendations for growth, and such other measures as determined by the Board to be appropriate for evaluation and as otherwise required by state law and in accordance with applicable provisions of the collective bargaining agreement or the personnel handbook. The evaluation process shall include a formal conference between the employee and their evaluator.
