Vacations

Code Number: 402.8

The Superintendent or his/her designee shall establish a vacation schedule for eligible full-time employees of the District. For employees covered by a negotiated contract, any applicable contract provisions related to vacations will govern.

For each non-union group, vacation time is outlined in the Employee Handbook. Employees with a vacation balance at the time of resignation will be reimbursed for any unused days, at that employee’s per diem rate, up to a maximum of 30 days.
